    Rachel Schofield (who competed under her maiden name Rachel Cawthorn) is a champion canoe sprinter and holds the record for the 1,000m. She has taken Britain to medal-winning glory at several world championships and the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. She is an enthusiastic ambassador for paddlesports, coaching beginners of all ages around the world about how to get involved in kayaking and canoeing, as well as helping aspiring future champions follow in her wake.
